I usually have a good experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, albeit a tad slow. Today though, was not the best customer service. I went in to print some tickets for an upcoming concert. Pretty simple, straight forward, in and out in 5 mins, usually. Today the printer wasnt working though, and after several attempts I asked the lady behind the counter if she could help. She was nice but super slow and as you know, they charge for time. I was already charged twice for 2 color prints and I asked if she could just print it behind the cover so I could sign off. She said she would credit me so I held off. We eventually ended up printing behind the counter 1, I had printed black and white because I was in a hurry, but I really wanted them in color as they were a gift. So she credited me back 1 color print, and 1 b/w print, but NO refund on the 10 minutes wasted waiting for her to figure the printer out, even I asked and she told me not to, that I would be credited. She then told me I could not keep the b/w they had to go in the shredder since she refunded me. Way to wow your customers over $1.15. I feel as she should have offered to let me keep them for and the time she wasted, and I paid for. Its the least she couldve done. Not sure Ill be returning to this branch. #5504

Worst customer service ever! I am a very busy person and am taking my time to write this because I feel it is so needed. I call myself a shipping expert for I have shipped hundreds of package in my time. I have used FedEx for many years (20), and never experienced the worst service until I started coming to this store. The Manager should be fired! She is so rude and not helpful to get your package shipped. The whole team here wants to up sale you to their packaging etc! Now keep in mind I know how to wrap/package well as I been doing this a long time! They refuse my last few packages, so I took them to UPS, and USPS to ship with no packaging issues. I have used FedEx because there rates are better, but now get treated very rude and will not ship your package without up selling you the their packaging.

Sent my priceless items for over 300 from my deceased father, was confirmed they would be dropped off requiring a signature....One was dropped off today without a signature. Could not add the signature had no solutions and would not give me my money back and return the packages. I was told I would get to do a survey and the asshat on the phone stated after I hung up I would get to do the survey....Well guess what it just hangs up. DO NOT USE USELESS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STORE AND OVER THE PHONE

I have never been delayed at a store as I did in this fed ex store. Teresa proceded to help everyone but me, the person that was in front of her I had a dead line to send my paperwork to my insurance my papers were on the fax machine for 15 min and she kept helping everyone else but me Im just really upset with her I know she has to help everyone else but she wasnt even finished helping me out I missed my dead line by 3 minutes because of her. Never will I ever come back to this location

The people who work here are the worst by far! Everyone is awkwardly rude. They say Hi and Hello like they dont want you to really hear them say it. They dont say " thank you" they dont say "have a good day" ...just nothing. For a company that is built around customer service, literally, they have NONE. AT ALL. I wish I didnt have to come here, but FedEx offers the best shipping from one of my t-shirt suppliers. They just need better employees.

I have taken so many things there to ship from ebay sales and every time Sarah in the shipping area takes great care of me! She is always happy to help and ready for the job! They can ship anything and help with all your printing needs...

Been going to this location for almost a year now for work, normally just 1 or 2 days a week but sometimes everyday. Have had good experiences every time with every person who works here with no issues.

This location is an excellent spot to pick up your Fedex packages. The only concern with this location is that the parking lot can be a bit busy. Be mindful when backing out and pay careful attention.

I apparently have to go to office Max to maybe, perhaps see if they have the shipping supplies i need because they dont carry packing straps at FedEx and wont ship my package without them. Worthless.

Helpful staff. Excellent service. Helped me use a self serve copier for things they couldnt copy for me. Went above and beyond. I recommend them for shipping and copying needs.

I come here to print off things directly off my phone or usb. Super easy and cheap, plus there are actually some cool photo ideas Ive found in there while waiting.
