Horrible customer service. Listening to employee complain because more customers kept coming in. That means they are there to make the business you work for more money. Probably shouldnt feel unwelcome at a store your potentially giving money to. So after a long wait, I set up an order for a custom book/journal to be printed and binded. I would provide the paper. So I return with the paper which had to be special ordered, and the same guy who started my order, decided to change everything and try to make it into something he tought it should be. Then I told him no, I wanted the original order we set up and he said it was impossible and couldnt be done. And that i needed to have 2 books made which was more money. I drove 2 min down the street to Office depot and one guy behind the counter was busy and doing everything himself. No complaining and it took 5 min to process my order and it ended up being ten bucks cheaper than what FedEx was charging. I will never go to another FedEx for anything and all of my Army counterparts will see my book completed and will be recommended to Office Depot. That is alot of money that business will be giving to Office Depot. Check your employees FedEx, in the long run its hurting your business.

Not only are they incompetent they try to rip you off! I went in for 4 simple black & white copies on plain white paper and after almost 45 minutes waiting for the dumbest effing person on the planet to figure out how to print them she then tried to charge me $9.00 for what should have been 15 cents each. I usually have great patience but she was so stupid I thought I was going to have an aneurysm and anxiety attack at once. I just left and my hands are still shaking from how outraged I am. Needless to say even though I waited 45 minutes for 4 pieces of paper I refused to pay $9.00 for something that should have only been 60 cents total and I walked out. Never going back!

Great place+great service= the finest results! Im impressed by the service here, so impressed that I am writing this review while waiting... I came in here expecting to use the computer to access my email and print out my resume. Will (FedEx Guy) knew what I was trying to get accomplished and instead of trying to get me to buy computer time he told me to go on ahead and send him an email to FedEx and he will go on and print me out a copy instead, thus saving me TIME and MONEY! Cant be more thankful! A+ Im my book! This how a company with morals, respect, and dignity treat their customers. Fedex, you rock!

i sent a letter with a large check in it to s. carolina. i had the package returned midway through shipment because i believe i was being scammed. fed ex sent the letter back to the lakewood branch but said they will only hold it for a few days then they will send it back to s. carolina to the person i didnt want to recieve it??!! why wouldnt they just hold it for me till i can come and pick it up?? why would they send it to s.carolina?? im the sender and its MY check/package! WTF??

The customer service here is horrible. I had two simple request, send a fax and burn a disc. The employees think they are smarter than every customer and actually have limited knowledge on technology. I had to explain to the attendant you identify the type of disc from the bottom inner ring and he was seemingly offended. Im never coming to this store again at least my fax was sent and disc burned, hence the two star.

These guys (and gals) always treat my packages like they are the center of their world. They are very helpful to me for both shipping and receiving packages, as I do not trust my neighborhood. I use these guys probably 1-2 times a week, and every time they are courteous and kind to me. These other reviewers obviously do not know what they are talking about!
