Ive worked with Ken (the owner ), Josf (a very friendly print tech) and Steve (a designer) closely over the past couple months on a variety of projects. Theyve done an excellent job for me on everything Ive asked them to do (volume b&w copies, some design work, and postcard printing) and the prices and turnaround times have been amazing. I especially like that theyre right around the corner and I feel like family when Im there. The other day I had a big load of copies to pick up, but I stupidly rode my bike. One of the other customers (hanging out in the office and chatting with the guys while her job was running) offered to give me a ride home to drop off my stuff! Much better than doing business with a big anonymous company. Oh, and they have free parking!

I had a rush print job of 1000 copies, which needed scored and printed on both sides, and Ken couldnt have been helpful enough. I had never used them before, found them on Google, contacted them by email and they replied within an hour. They went out of their way to help me, couldnt have been more helpful. The quality was perfect, the turnaround was incredibly fast and the price was amazingly cheap. Im based in Scotland with customers all over the US - theyre in San Fransisco and they just made my life a whole lot easier! Im just about to place my next order with them.
