Highway robbery. $12 to scan 10 pages and put it on my flash card. $12 for something that took less than 10 seconds to scan and and then 20 seconds to move over the file to my flash card. I understand that a printer, store and staff costs money...however, $12 is outrageous.

Ive used this FedEx a few times now because its a short walk from home. The customer service is excellent! Ive shipped some skis and other odd sized items now and the desk clerks have taken time to make sure everything is well packaged and Im taken care of.
