Ive spent a lot of time here, mostly in the printing and shipping department. For shipping, I like using Office Depot if I have the time. Its much slower than going to the Post Office. BUT they do give free tracking numbers when you ship things via USPS and thats why I like them. The 2 stars rating comes from a recent experience when I ordered 250 copies of flyers for my business. I called ahead of time and got a price estimate for the cost of printing and for cutting. When I went to pick up my order, I found that they had misprinted a bunch so that the flyers didnt line up front and back exactly. Which made it REALLY hard to cut. And they had quoted me that it would cost $6 to cut them all, but when I got there they said that it was actually $60. And they couldnt finish them by the deadline that they had promised. The printing was fine but the follow-through and customer service was a bit questionable.

I was used to pleased with my purchases at OD because its close to where I work. One day I came in with a competitor advertise item on my hand. One of the employee tried to confuse me by "we dont know, it depends on what item you gonna purchase..." when I asked would they will do price match. Then I was told to wait for the manager for almost 10 mins... who I saw just standing around, walked back and forward... tried to make himself look busy. Finally, he stoped by me and grabbed the ads without talking to me a single word. He then pretented to type something on the computer and quickly turn to me and simply said "Sorry, we dont price match with them". Why Officedepot making such a policy and will not honor it? Im going to Staple across the street from now on.

Staff in the printing dept. are wonderful. Kelly is a Wonder Woman and does not quit until you have exactly what you want...while executing a superb job of multi-tasking keeping the many customers happy. Jordan is also great to work with. I changed to this store because of their awesome customer service and fair pricing. They also carry a label size very important to my business, that so far has only been available only online at a hugely inflated price!

This office depot has a good selection of office supplies. The store is clean. However, Like many office depots, the service here is just alright. Obviously its not as bad as the one in downtown (which was shut down recently), because its still open. But the management should really focus on customer service. I routinely purchase things for my office but i dont feel like my business is appreciated here.

Helpful & always-available staff to answer questions or help you find a product. Checkout can be quick or slow just depending on the time of day and who else is in the store. They always have the products I need, from office supplies to electronics. We come here a lot to get supplies for school projects. I have gotten excellent help on copying and binding services from a number of different staff at this Office Depot. Staff have been competent, friendly, patient, and game to assist me with whatever project Ive brought it -- and they work on the project til they get it right. Often enough staff have had even higher standards than I have. And they do it all with a positive attitude.

Shannon gets high praise from me, and I want everyone who has ears to hear about it. Hes a tech with imagination as well as solid knowledge, and importantly too, patience and a gift for listening. He has been taking care of my computers for as long as I have been a customer at the North Seattle store. I recommend that Office Depot gives him reasons to remain in its employment.

I am stuck at Office Depot/Office Max a ton for work, all over the country, but this was the happiest one Ive ever been at. The staff were enjoying themselves, they were a good team and incredibly helpful, and their positive attitudes made everything really smooth. Tabitha managed a massive print job with a big smile and a ton of graciousness.

Every time I go in this place nobody is in there they must have a really hard time keeping good business and Im assuming it is because of horrible customer service every time Ive been in there the employees are standing around doing absolutely nothing and they are extremely has intent to help anyone with anything.

If your computer is in need of repair this place ROCKS! Tommy is not only a Super Genius in regards to repair he always takes the time (no matter how busy) to explain in laymans terms the diagnosis & solution for your computer. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

I brought my flash drive in to get blueprints made here and it was incredibly slow- so Im going to have to give this place just an average rating.... Also the storefront and general atmosphere is one of antiquity and not of modern technology

Always has what I need, although I do look it up on the website before I go. Pricing is good if you need something immediately. Otherwise, pricing can usually be better on Amazon. Service is usually good or better.
