If I could give them a zero, I would. These guys are by far the worst service and attitude of any place Ive ever been. And I do alot of graphic work and have been to several other places in town. Honestly. For fast service thats reliable... Id rather go to kinkos than waste my time with Minute Man! Heres what happened: I had paper cut for my wedding invitations and the paper was cut on a bevel so that only one sheet of the stack would fit in the envelopes I bought. When I mentioned it to them, they were horrible about acknowledging their error! I called 3 times to try to reach a manager because the person I first approached claimed he didnt have the authority to reverse the charges! Then when I finally got in touch with the manager, he claimed that he looked at the job and it wasnt "that bad". The paper size ranged nearly 1/4". And that amount of difference made so that the paper didnt fit in the envelopes I bought. Isnt that bad enough if you cant get the paper to fit in an envelope designed to be slightly larger than the cut paper?! If it isnt what I requested, it doesnt matter how off the cutting is... it still didnt complete the job! The paper I had them cut was high quality letterpress paper and when I told the manger that the paper was approx $3 per sheet, he claimed that no paper is that expensive. Seriously. Does he know the price of every type of paper out there?! In the end. Its taken me numerous calls, and nearly a month for them to tell me they cant reimburse the charges. Now Im stuck with 300 sheets of paper I cant use and now have to re-buy paper to make my invitations for my wedding. Honestly, Ive never had this happen anywhere else.

The employees were polite enough, but it took them 2 days to finish my small job, and they charged 4x what I was quoted. (They actually asked 8x, but when I reminded them what I was quoted they lowered it.) After that, I discovered that the paper was cut too small, which made them completely unusable for my application. I took them back hoping for some sort of a refund or a discounted reprint, but ended up just quibbling over whether they were 1/8" or 1/16" too small. I feel bad writing a negative review, cause I really dont have it out for them, but that was my experience. I know other people have had better experiences than I. The print quality was great btw. Update: (1 year later) I tried them out again for printing a small poster, and was charged more than I was quoted again. This time though they refunded the portion that went above the original (incomplete) quote. Apparently they changed management a few months ago and are paying more attention to these kinds of things. +1 star

I got my wedding invitations and RSVPs printed here. I got 100 printed and the overall cost was less than $75. They did an excellent job - printed samples for me to review, keep in contact with me about progress - I highly recommend them. They did the entire job in a week - the paper size I had was harder for them to work with, but they made it work and did a fabulous job!

This Minuteman Press has changed ownership and locations a couple of times in the past year. Current customer service is very poor. The employees can only offer apologies for how things are run. The issues seem to be a lack of funds and/or concern from ownership. I am pulling my account from them.
