If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to SuperCuts because they are known for their corporate, clean design, speedy service and arsenal of poorly trained stylists eager to utilize their recently acquired cosmetology licenses. This SuperCuts breaks that mold. To be precise, this place is terrible. I will shave my head in a Wal-Mart parking lot before I give SuperCuts another dollar, ever. I needed a Mohawk. You know, the mostly shaved head with a strip of hair in the middle? Yea, thats the one. Takes a speedy barber about 8 minutes, and a slow one no more than 15. I arrived roughly 4:45 PM on a Friday. I stopped by a garbage can to properly dispose of a paper cup and a disabled woman and her husband beat me to the door. Hey.... Im not a jerk, so I let them check in before me, despite my beating them to the counter. I was told 25-30 minutes, as for some reason, they had only 2 stylists on, a small man, and an Asian woman with a thick accent. Although I was in a bit of a hurry, I figured since I was already there, why not. 5:10: Stylists finishes cutting childs hair into emo cut. Spends 3 minutes discussing various hair products the mother should by. 5:15: The disabled woman ahead of me finally gets into a chair. 5:30: Homeless man with face tattoo outside calls me James and asks for a lighter. He walked away when I asked "Who is James?" 5:33: Another female customer arrives. 5:45: Stylist finally acknowledges new female customer. Turns out she had an appointment, but missed it, and noted It is okay for her to wait, and that I had been "waiting here for a while." 5:47: Asian stylist petting and complementing hair-color of her customer. 5:50: Stylist finishes with disabled woman, takes 8 or so minutes to sell her on various low quality, over priced hair products. 5:58: The stylist decides the lady who missed her appointment, and acknowledged that I should go first as I had been waiting, should go first, and simply tells me "The other lady will be done soon." 6:01: The second stylist is finishing her customer... I cannot wait for her to ring this woman up and attempt to sell her more low quality hair products. Im not sure I can fathom another poorly spoken sales pitch regarding over priced shampoo and hair gel. I can feel my silent rage boiling inside. I had expected to be home by now, and I accounted for my half-hour drive home. 6:05: Wasted an hour and 15 minutes of my life. Consider punching both stylists in the face. Leave before my rage consumes me. Still have long hair. Thanks for nothing. This place is absolutely, utterly terrible. SuperCuts in other parts of the country are literally the most corporate hair shop you can find. Fixed prices, limited services, and they pump out customers in a never ending cycle. Not sure why this one believes in deviating from this formula, but Im certainly not willing to wait over an hour for a mediocre hair-cut from a fresh Hair-Design Academy graduate. Not worth your money, not worth your time. Plenty of better, actual hair places that will take better care of you.

On behalf of a friend: Walked-in for a bleach to transition into a lighter color; Ended up with untouched roots and strands of pink with untouched strands of natural brown. No cosmetologist I have ever known would let a guest leave with this unfinished process. Clearly distressed with the "finished" result, we went back for a refund (they only offered to fix the 250$ mistake). Lisa Parbon barely acknowledged me and spoke to my distressed friend like a child, and even threatened security when I asked simple questions about what had happened. She urged us out the door when we were just trying to understand why it wasnt done properly for the amount that was paid for a simple bleach process. Will never be going back.

Pray they dont mess up your hair......If they mess your hair up they Will not fix it! I have been going there for a bit then i guess the manger had a bad day and MESSED my hair cut up, I don’t have them style my hair so when I got home and tried to style it, it was all uneven with huge line gaps...You cut hair and dont know how to layer? Realy? It looked horrible, I went back to have it fixed and the manger wouldn’t fix it wow.... She was very rude about it..Horrible customer service from the manger that is truly sad.....I left not happy and blow away by how rude the Manger was, what has custmer service come to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been coming here for a year. Melissa and Lisa are really good. Im the type of person that usually only goes to one person and Melissa takes her time and does a really good job. She asks all the little details and tries to perfect your hair. She is also good with little kids. If you come here ask for Melissa or Lisa. The salon works by appointment base so if you show up without a appointment expect a wait.

By far the worst place ever to get a haircut! Dont go there unless u want to leave with no hair! Lindsay doesnt listen or pay attention to pictures of the hairstyle you want! Beyond furious! I cant believe I even tipped her! I hope she doesnt have a job much longer bcuz she doesnt know what shes doing! Glad my hair will grow back bcuz I look like a little boy! I repeat, DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from the chick with tons of make up....she cuts hair like a four year old. She totally butched my hair. I walked out with a buzz cut rather than a hair cut. Haymee is the only one there I have had success with.

I am reviewing this from April, but they did a fantastic job fixing the mess another hairstylist did on my hair. They were sweet and wonderful to work with. Although, I didnt care for the sales pitch on the shampoo etc.

Lina made me super comfortable. Her consultation was on point. She visioned what I asked for and made it happen. She complimented me several times and even triple checked for accuracy!! Best hair cut ever.

Went in for a haircut, waited 5/10 mins for anyone to greet me. Then 20 mins for a cut, but when I came back they said they couldnt cut my hair and directed me to a black hair shop

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. Now searching for a place that fixes messed up fades. A haircut should last longer than 5 minutes and maybe try not scalping your clients
