I have had Joy cut my hair twice over the past two years (I would have gone more frequently, but I was out of the country a lot). She always listens to what I want and exceeds my expectations. I couldnt be happier with her! Yesterday I had another appointment with Joy, this time for my very first EVER color job. I asked her for a "non committal, sun kissed look" to bring some summer into my life. Her balayage work looks incredible and I feel like a million bucks! I cant even believe it! Ive already received a ton of compliments and I cannot thank Joy enough. Damia Salon is a fun, hip and friendly place so Im sure whomever you book with will be stellar. I can only comment on Joy and my review is that she is AMAZING!!!!!

I went to this salon yesterday for the first time. Courtney did my hair and was amazing! I was very impressed with her. She did an amazing cut and color with my hair- everything I could have asked for and more. Usually when I am trying someone knew I feel a bit uncomfortable- I have curly hair and have had issues with people not knowing what to do with it. Courtney made me feel comfortable with her talents and as I said did an amazing job! I would recommend anyone go to see her if you want great hair!

I had my "Manicorn" hair coloring appointment with Joy Tolentino. I have been wishing for this hair for over a year now and she made it happen. I would highly recommend seeing Joy if you consider coming to Damia. The facility is clean, friendly stylists, and great music playing all the time. Plus it has a really great couch when youre waiting for your color to set. You wont regret it!

Loved the whole experience! Definitely on the pricey side.... but i really enjoyed the atmosphere and the front desk lady was super patient with me when i accidentally left my card in the car!! (so embarrassing!) I might repeat if i dont find a cheaper spot for the same service.. Nothing against them at all! xoxo

Simply stated, Courtney gets it right. She has years of experience, she is confident in her haircutting and color application. She will not disappoint! The salon is not pretentious nor are the clients. Ive been a customer of Courtneys for over 10 years and she always does a great job with my hair.

Had Joy do my hair. She is an very good and well skilled hair and color stylist. I had long hair and cut it short like Bob hair. She mastered the haircut! Definitely will go back to her!
