Ive been coming here for a couple of years and today I was kick out of this salon by the owner why? Back in december I went wild and chopped all my hair today I felt I looked like a boy and I wanted her to trim the bottom or fix it. I was already on the chair when I explained to her the situation and I just got a you have to patient youre going to look like this for a while theres nothing we can do right now if I keep cutting youre never getting your hair back. This is a woman that loves her jib and is honest. Shes not doing this for the money and you see it right there. I may not be back in while trying to be patient but I definitely recommend her. Shes nice the place is always clean and the price is fair. You wont regret coming here

Wanted to donate my daughter hair to children with hair loss, for kids who loose hair due to cancer etc. Called and asked if theyd had done that and she said yes made an apt and they cut it to short gave her a short BoB cut she has thick curly hair and shes I cant straighten whats left of her hair shes a kid and only 8. Now my daughters hair wont cooperate and they didnot even follow directions she was gonna just do one pony tail and you have to section. The hair I should have gone some were also as soon as I seen they didont know what to do. My little girl wont take off her hoodie, there nice and friendly but need to know to turn down if they dont know what theyre doing

I dont get my hair done very often due to the fact the people dont do what i asked its been over 10 yrs since last try so my daughter surprised me for my birthday and tiok me here to get a perm i explained to them why im so hesitant every time to decide to try something its all wrong so i was specific i wantd a tight spiral curl like shirly temples and use the rods my hair is long an thick so it will fall due to wieght so the tighter the better BUT they did not use the rods they used curlers and here it is a week later and my hair straight agasin as if i didnt even get a perm im so disappointed ONCE AGAIN probably be another 10-15 years b4 i try again

Terrible they would not listen to what I wanted took my 7 year old and she was not happy. I told them what I wanted and they kept saying no no and no they cut our hairs the way they wanted not my way at Alli wanted bangs she cut them way to short and they all 3 laughed at how stupid I looked I had long hair I told her more than 7 times only cut one inche she cut off 5 inches. I didnt even let them finish what they were doing I got my daughter now were heading to Renton where I usually go I shouldnt of even threw those 20 dollars at them she still came outside with a smile on her face saying its not 20 its 36 thank you

I went here on a recommendation from my friend because I was extremely unhappy with my former stylist. I called ahead of time and explained my situation and An the owner fit me right in. She spent time with me figuring out my issues and I supplied her with a few sample pictures of what I was aiming for. My current hair was a hot mess and An spent a good 2 hours correcting my color and my hair looks absolutely wonderful. I love it! This will be my new hair salon. Everything about my experience was top notch and you cant beat the prices. Thank you An and I will be seeing you in 6 weeks :)

Found this salon on Google and the reviews said 5 star.. So Decided to give it a try.. Now I see why!!!! Ann, the owner, came over and touched up my hair after her stylist and left with exactlywhat I wanted. She says she visits every guest to make sure they leave with what they want. And she remembers EVERYONES name. She says that she makes it a point to remember, even if they dont come often, so that when they arrive and leave she can call them by name. Completely impressed by the service and my hair cut, and the PRICE!! Only $17!!!! I will definitely go back.

What Can I say? I found this place by internet searching. I was very confident that they would do good job because their high rating of reviews. But the reality is disappointment! They are friendly and nice, but the hair cutting job was not satisfactory. Barely cut, and not in style. The Owner offered me a kind of oil that claims to be nutrient for my hair which they sells for $40, but in Amazon, the same items sells for $12. I am not coming back no matter how friendly and nice they are, you are a hair salon, focus on hair, not socializing...

I was a complete colorful wreck when I entered. "Tiger stripes were in my hair, however this is not what I wanted. I called Blossom Hair Salon, explained to my best ability what I thought I needed, I was advised to come into the salon so they could have a look. I walked in a mess and walked out feeling like a new lady...I felt beautiful and professional. Pete was my main helper. I love this salon and cannot wait to go back! thank you for all your help Blossom team, your newest dedicated customer!

Very unhappy with my experience here. I went in to get my hair cut. I wanted 3 inches off she ended up cutting about 6 inches off...She tilted my head down and as i heard the first cut i felt how much she cut off... by then you all know its to late.... to top it all off she didnt even cut it remotely close to the photo I had shown. I called and told them I was unhappy. They said they would try to fix it or what not.. but you cant exactly undo the 6 inches of hair cut off.

I usually have my cousin cut my hair and no one else but she was booked for months and I was tired of my long boring hair. I wasnt about to go just anywhere so I read some reviews online and came here. Ann is MAGNIFICENT! So nice and very professional. Shes fast but so accurate and really listens to you. Make an appt tho they get busy and she needs the help. Prices are fair and customer service is awesome! Thanks Ann for the new dew

I would give more stars but that s the limit. i went there with a totally messy hair. the transformation was amazing. Peter is the one who cut my hair short and he knew right away what will work . i totally love it and everybody else asked me where i cut my hair. I m about to schedule my sister in for a haircut as well thank you Peter amazing work

Went to this place for the first time. Took my picky Grandmother to get her hair done... She is very picky in her old age... We both walked out of this Salon Happy and feeling good... The service wad great and they did exactly what we asked them to do with our hair. .. My grandmother even went back again... ;)
