TERRIBLE! This was the absolute worst experience I have had with a company. I brought my roommates down comforter into the shop to be dry cleaned. I was going to be out of town for 2 weeks so I left them my roommates name and number, to call and notify him when it was ready. This was on a Thursday and they told me it would be done the next Wednesday. I return from my trip two weeks later and still no call.So I went in to pick up the comforter, which I paid $40+ dollars to have cleaned and it was covered in Black mold. I asked the owner why there was mold on the comforter which didnt have mold on it when it was brought in. He told me that it was there when I brought it in and there was no guarantee that he could get it out. After explaining that I did not bring it in there to get mold out but to clean a pet stain off, He kept telling me that his employee also said there was mold on it when it came in. Which is a lie. I took the comforter home and showed my roommate, who also knows there was no mold on the comforter before. I went back to the shop to ask if he could do anything about ruining the comforter. He said NO! THERE WAS MOLD ON IT WHEN YOU BROUGHT IT IN! and kept asking me to leave his store after yelling at me. After that he CALLED THE COPS! saying there was an unruly customer in his store that was scaring off his business. He wont replace the ruined comforter and didnt even give me a refund for the money I paid in the first place to have it cleaned. All in all, I would never recommend Harbor Point Cleaners to any person. The owner is a lying, shady and crooked man that does shotty work at best. Please to do not take any of your business here. Read through all the reviews and see how many people have the same remarks. I wish I had before I wasted my time and money on this fool.

I will definitely never go back there! I didnt even want to give Harbor point cleaners one star! The owner was extremely rude and yelling at me over the phone when I called to let him know that my curtains were discolored. He wasnt able to get the stains out of my cream colored curtains which I wasnt happy about, but could have dealt with, if the curtains werent stained yellow and looked water stained in sections. After reading other reviews, How is he still in business? I wish I had read the reviews before:(
