SCAM. I started going here because it was less expensive than Aloha (down the street). At first things were good, but after a while I noticed my bill was getting more and more expensive for the same number of shirts (5/week, sometimes more). After a couple weeks I asked and they told me they had to hand press some of my shirts (once their explanation was that my shirts -- I wear a mens M in a tee -- couldnt fit in the press; the other time they said the material wasnt right. The material that says dry clean only on it, that is). The hand press costs almost three times as much! Well consider my surprise since all of my shirts are the exact same brand and material, just different colors and patterns. They refused to answer why some had to be hand pressed when an identical shirt did not, nor could explain why shirts that they had previously not hand pressed now required it. I asked them to stop hand pressing or I would take my business elsewhere; they unequivocally refused to stop overcharging me: back to Aloha Cleaners my regular business goes, I guess. Frankly, I get the impression that they wait until you are repeat and start slowly increasing their rate by hand pressing (which by the way is completely indistinguishable from shirts they did not hand press) and squeezing extra money out of patrons who have stopped paying attention.

Location, friendliness, reasonably priced, above and beyond service. I am still taking my business here even though I have moved away from Eastlake (to Fremont). Every one commented on the friendly young man, and I agree; he is the epitome of Customer Service. Friendly, careful, good at listening to your requests etc. They would even repair your buttons for free. What else can you ask for? I have had dress shirts, pants and some pretty expensive tailor-made tux and suits here, and they always do a great job. The lady (the mother?) even commented on the suit before I even said anything about "please be careful, these are in the thousands...". She knew just by looking at it "the material is amazing, we will be extra careful!" I have been a returning customer since then (5 years now). Highly recommended!

Man, this is the only place Ill ever go for my cleaning. Ive been going here for years and even though Ive moved, I drive out of my way to give my business to these guys. Theyve gone out of their way to get to know me by name and always treat me like family when I come in, so the service is top notch. Ive found the prices to be very reasonable, and as others have conveyed, the turnaround time is unrivaled. Ive had several emergencies that required same day cleaning, and theyve always managed to get it done. Cant recommend these guys enough. 5 Stars all around.

Eastlake Cleaners has been doing my dry cleaning and pressing for years . . . and they do a great job. However, what inspired me to write a review today was their taking the time to repair a bit of stitching work that cropped up in a minor emergency. They did it by hand, as it involved some leather. I had to fight hard to get them to take some money for the work, too! Take your clothes here; youll be glad you did. Much better than anything else in proximity!

this is the cleaners i have been going to. There is one right next to it. There is also a nice guy that works at this one - a nice family, and thats great but the cleaning of the clothes is average. Ive never seen one of my garments come back sparkling clean. its good enough i suppose and they usually are super nice so i keep going back.

These guys do an amazing job dry cleaning. I have my work shirts dry cleaned and pressed there, and every single time they look like I just picked them up from a store, brand new. Always extremely friendly, nice, and super quick turnaround. Im extremely happy to have found such a gem in Seattle.
