I have used this place for over 8 years, they had always fine a good job, until the last 2 times: they had given me the wrong suit twice, when I came in to talk with them and try to find my suits they said they werent there. I looked through the rack they had, they werent there. I gave them the description, brand of each suit and a phone number to call me if the others showed up. I waited a little over a week, then went in to talk with them, they said they didnt show up and told me that I had picked up my suits. Basically saying I was lying, I then asked for them to pay for my suits (which were $600+ after tailoring and tax) they said they were not going to pay. So Im filing a complaint with the better business bureau etc. If I were you Id take my dry cleaning needs to someone who give you YOUR clothes back. 8 years of customer loyalty......gone.

Ive had numerous pants put up here, coats cleaned, etc. They do such a good job, I am never disappointed. They are very nice as well. Even though I have moved to Lynnwood, I still come back here.

Very nice family! Small storefront in the Albertsons parking lot, with great service and quick turnaround (especially when you ask for it!)
