I have been going here for years and have never had a problems till the last 6 months. First, they ruined buttons on a sweater then asked if they could try to find some that looked just like it. I said sure. They did end up finding them but their follow up was very poor. Then the most recent, they ruined a dress of mine that I have had for about a year. When I told them I would like to be reimbursed they offered to pay for half and give me store credit at the place I purchased it. I finally got them to agree to pay me the full amount but then they wanted to keep the dress so they could "throw it away". I told them no, that I was not selling it to them, that I wanted to try to get it dyed a different color since I really liked the way the dress fit dress and they tried to tell me that it was a state law that they couldnt give back the dress (I checked online and there was nothing of this sort). I finally just took the dress and left. I have spend thousands of dollars there over the years and I really expected to be treated better. I made a deal with myself that I would not write a review on them as long as I got paid but since they were so difficult, I unfortunately had to go back on this.

Ive gone to Aloha multiple times, for dry cleaning and had suit pants tailored by the owner. No problems, speedy turnaround time, and low prices.
