Dropped of a pair of jeans for alterations. When I went to pick them up, the male employee spoke no English at all nor could he figure out what I needed. Came back the next day, and found a different person who was also English-impaired. I resorted to drawing a diagram and then left a note for the owner/manager. Received a message saying I could pick up the clothing the next day. Went in to find the first non-English speaking employee at the desk again. He still seemed to have no idea what I wanted. Finally got my pants AFTER I lost my temper. Will NEVER go back there again! I swear those guys have no idea where they are even working!!!

My washer broke and I havent had time to shop for a new one. I went there and both owners very obviously spoke English as their first language. (I wonder if other reviewers are referring to former owners?) Also, the gentleman owner was very kind in asking me if it was too windy with the door open as I was by the front folding laundry. It was a hot day and I liked the wind, but I thought it was very thoughtful of him to ask. Both were friendly folks and I appreciated it.

Dropped off some shirts for dry cleaning. "It will take one week" they said. "thats a long time" I said. I came back one week later. "Not ready" they said. "When?" I asked. "Three more days" they said. Came back again. Still no shirts. again and again. In the end, it took 3 weeks to get my shirts dry cleaned. I bumped them up from 1 to 2 stars because (a) they were polite, and (b) the results werent terrible, just slow. Would not use them again.

Im not sure where people are referring to when they say "racist" and "cant speak English." There is usually a male adult there who probably speaks English better than myself. Its obvious to me hes not racist. Anyways, I wash clothes there all the time because its the only pace I know of where the price isnt all jacked up. Also if you get bored, there is Safeway, Radioshack, Magic Dragon etc, on that same strip.

Called the business. No one there spoke English. They just said, "Thank you," and hung up. Maybe youll have better luck if you dont speak English.

Not a bad place, 3 loads of laundry to do, done in less than 2 hours.
