there are faster, better, more courteous places to go. this place is terrible. bad work. horrible prices and terrible customer services. another poor job blamed on language barrier... even though they speak english just fine. The work that i was quoted for was not done. The lady kept trying to run my card without me knowing. I was unhappy with her work, but being nice I told her that i would pay her for the work she had done even though it was wrong and that i would never come back. she then took the items that she had messed up and took them to the back. I explained i wasnt leaving anything with her and that i wanted my stuff even though it was wrong. She brought out a younger girl who spoke english and explained that to her, then the young girl explained how she was going to keep my stuff to fix it up to original standard and tried to quote me again! so, they wanted me to pay twice for work that was done correctly the first time. All i needed was some buttons tightened and sewn back on... she charged me almost $20 to sewn on 4 buttons... yeah. dont go there.

I asked if a stain could be removed on drop off and I was assured it could be. Upon pick-up, I noticed the stains were still there. My $23 was taken before I saw the coat and I asked why the stains werent removed like promised. I was told that it was washed twice. I asked if it was possible to get a discount because the service I was paying for was not provided. Then I was told "she doesnt understand". I calmly asked the employee who told me this the same question. NO response. When you pay for a service, you should get that service. I went here to support a local business that was conducting their business in an environmentally responsible way, too bad they cant actually do their job. Dont make the same mistake and pay too much for pressed dirty clothes to be returned to you.

FYI! New ownership since all of the previous reviews! This place is now wonderful! Prices are appropriate, alterations are done very well and reasonably priced, and honestly, the couple that work there may be the happiest people Ive ever met. They dont speak English perfectly, but they do understand it perfectly. Give this place a second chance!

Not recommended. Totally overpriced. On top of the $3.50 to wash and fold a simple dress shirt, they charged me $6.95 (without asking) to clean a minor stain on another shirt. WHUH? Thats $10.45 to clean a boring mens dress shirt? No thanks. Im never coming back to "Superb" cleaners. More like "Super Overpriced" Cleaners.

Wish they spoke better English so I could actually describe what I wanted when doing alterations. I no longer go there for alterations.
