Bad customer service. Bad alterations. Overpriced. I tried Ramona for the first time and will NEVER return. I had a pair of pants hemmed. Unfortunately, one leg was longer than the other! When I took them back, no apology or offer to reimburse me for my inconvenience. It was going to take 3 days to have them redone. When I picked up the redone pants, I asked to look at them and noticed that the pants were not straight across the bottom and the same leg appeared longer. I did not have heels with me and was unable to try them on. I put the pants on right away at home and they are still uneven! They are also overpriced...a womans shirt is $6.

Ramona cleaners is the best Cleaner in the Wallingford area, they are friendly, fast service and every single time I come and drop off my clothes they are stain free and press with in a profesianal way with quality....... Thank you for your great service

Its my neighborhood cleaner and Ive always had good service & well cleaned clothing! There is a drop off box (include a business card so they know its your clothing) and its open every day except Sunday.
