Ive been coming here for the last year and all Ive got to say about this dry cleaner is "meh". First of all, although its not awful hours I feel like 7am - 6pm can be tough for anyone who has a long commute. Secondly, they said they could do a quick turnaround request for me (2 days) but unfortunately didnt have it ready on the second day so I had to last minute buy some clothes for a wedding I was going to that day. I will say they are friendly and it is the closest option that serves the Mt. Baker neighborhood, but if your looking for a good & reliable dry cleaner I would look elsewhere.

They Ruined 2 shirts. The first shirt was a year ago. They deny doing it but give me $10 in services. Now Today another shirt is ruined and they refuse to admit this. They are full on denial of any culpability. I have been going here for 5 years. I asked them to replace a $50 shirt and they refused making multiple multiple excuses. Too bad. They lose a good customer for price of a shirt. They do not admit when they are wrong. I dont know why this is

Excellent dry cleaner. Best Ive used in Seattle. Didnt have something ready when I went to pick it up (a few months back), however, I was fine with it since they were cleaning the item a second time because they saw that it wasnt perfectly cleaned the first time around. Appreciated them being conscientious. My clothes, some quite expensive, are always nicely cleaned and expertly pressed here.

Best dry cleaner in all of Seattle. They go above and beyond to help their customers. The dry cleaning always comes out perfect. Very friendly and always nice.
