Not very nice. The lady was very rude to us and I was bringing her 1 item to have her seam for me and she just shoved me away with an attitude. Not very professional at all. The older man who works there is very nice though and I think he was a bit upset with how she treated us. We have lived in Kent a long time and it just made us feel like we werent welcome. Maybe she had a bad day, I dont know. It made me never want to bring any business there again though.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dry cleaners. The wife told me I was crazy and they refused to refund my money on a job that they did not do. They told me they would dye my clothes so I left them there for the job to be done. All they did was clean them and then refuse to give me back my money! They are cheats and liars and should not be trusted!
