I lost my $250 comforter. I gave the dry cleaner my white comforter to be cleaned and have a hot sauce stain removed. When it was ready, they tried to give me a worn, cheap white comforter. The texture was different and it was so worn it shouldnt have been cleaned, it should have been replaced. I asked them to give me my comforter and they insisted this was mine. They speak with the vocabulary of an eight year old. Incomplete sentences were all they could communicate. When they offered to refund my cleaning payment I asked for the replacement price of my comforter. I ended up with no comforter and paid $35 for cleaning it for someone elses benefit.

Cotton Cleaners has been the only cleaner I have used for more than 15 years. My order has always been on time and the dry cleaning and pressing have always been perfect. Their alterations are terrific too. And all seems to be a very fair price.
