She was professional, competent, thorough, detailed-oriented, considerate, and took care of us every step of the way during our home-buying process. We couldnt recommend Pam enough. She made purchasing our home an easier experience. She took the time to explain every step to us without ever talking down to us, only educating us so we felt comfortable with all our decisions. She took the time to check in with us numerous times AFTER the home purchase, after I think her job was completely done, but she is so great she kept looking in on us anyway!
