My fiancée and I decided to buy a house for the first time and we knew nothing about the home-buying process. We reached out to Rio and he went through the process step-by-step and made sure we understood everything clearly. He answered all of our questions and was quick to reply and give advice. It was obvious how knowledgeable Rio was of the greater area and he knew exactly what type of houses to show us based on our preferences and budget. We found the most perfect home thanks to Rio and we couldn’t be more excited to start our lives there! Upon receiving our keys, Rio had several really nice gifts waiting for us along with a bottle of champagne. He definitely set the tone to welcome us into our new home.
