We worked with Darcy to buy our first home. She was absolutely great to work with, she was always very knowledgeable and her market analyses were spot-on. She is very honest and never pushed us into a decision we are not comfortable with. She told us when our offers don’t stand a chance, but still did all the paperwork asap when we still wanted to give it a try. She came up with ideas on how to remodel or improve the properties and gave us rough estimates on how much we would have to spend. For the house we ended up buying, she gave us helpful insights what to include in the offer. She helped us through some issues we had with the sellers during the buying process and even after we closed. We used the lender from the Boyenga Team and Darcy helped us dealing with them as well and even went out of her way to get us in contact with other lenders. I could go on for hours, however, overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend her.
