If you ever need to sell your house, make sure you have Marika Abuashvili with Coldwell Banker Bain in Bellevue as your agent. It doesn’t even matter if your house is not located on the east side, Marika will get the job done. The condo I was selling was located in Des Moines, WA and I lived in Ocean Shores, WA at the time of the sale. As I did not live in the area, Marika made it easy for me to sign documents via the internet, whenever possible. When I did come into her office, it was always worth my time and the 3 hour drive to get to Bellevue from Ocean Shores. Marika listened to all my questions and concerns and met all my expectations. She also made suggestions that made it easier to sell my condo. The fact that she sold my condo in less than 5 days and for $11,000 over asking price tells it all. Marika Abuashvili is an outstanding broker and real estate agent.
