I worked with Matt van Winkle with Re/Max on the Lake. Matt was attentive to our needs and our concerns. He really listened and understood the obstacles we faced in this competitive market. Matt was all about solutions, which is what made us more competitive as buyers. He worked within our comfort level and did not pressure us into going outside of our comfort level when it came to structuring an offer. I trust his knowledge and never found myself questioning his expertise. He paid great attention to detail when it came to our family profile and dynamics, which I believe in the end is the reason why the seller chose our offer when he presented us...a presentation/offer in which there were 16! A truly solid agent who knows what he is doing and great to work with. I would work with him again in any future real estate transaction and will recommend him to any one I know looking to buy or sell a home.

Such a fun vibe to this place! Not just the office, the staff and the agents as well. I dont think I saw a single person without a smile on their face. That, and they really knew what they were talking about. Its weird to think of calling a real estate agency hip- but thats the best word that comes to mind. Definitely a fav to recommend.
