We were looking for investment properties that we could use as rentals.. Not a sale Josh would make much money on, but he treated us like we were very important to him. We never realized what a tough market starter houses were. He showed us probably a dozen or more homes. We made offers on three and with Joshs help finally got the third one. Josh was so patient, the houses we were looking at were for the most part fixer uppers that had been repossessed. So we were not always sure what we were getting. Josh would go through the houses with us explaining what we were seeing. At one point he literally climbed into an attic (there was no ladder around) and took a picture of the furnace so we could see it! He stomped through blackberry bushes so we could see where the fence line was on another house. We had never had an agent that went to such lengths to help a buyer make an informed decision. When we did finally get a house, he was there through the whole process, recommending an inspector, showing up for the inspections and waiting patiently while we asked a million questions. He really made us comfortable through the whole process. Not only has he been great as an agent, he has taken the time to send us information on where to go to get a replacement window. Recently we wanted to sell a small recreational property. He took the time to come to our house to go over the paperwork and was quickly able to tell us the value and how he would go about selling it. I would certainly recommend Josh to anyone wanting a very competent realtor! I will use him for all my real estate transactions, he goes way beyond the call of duty. Thank you Josh

Joshua Meeks is hands down the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. From the very beginning of the process he took the time to answer any and all questions we had about the process of selling our current home and buying a new one. The home buying process can be a nerve racking one and he did a great job of making us feel comfortable. From making recommendations on what updates we should make prior to listing, to helping us with a few of the updates himself - Josh is extremely hands on and he will do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. After we (quickly) sold our house (way to go Josh!) he helped make sure the proper paperwork was completed and files in a timely manner. He worked around our crazy schedules to show us houses we were interested in. Josh made us feel like our home buying/selling was a priority to him and we really appreciated that. When we found the house that was right for us he helped advise us on the best course of action and we were able to close on the home perfect for our family. Beware of Chantel Jordan at PNW real estate! We were set to make a private purchase of a van from her and she led us on and kept us waiting in a parking lot for over two hours after confirming that she would be there. We arrived early and let her know, to which she responded that she was running late and would message when on her way. After we waited over an hour past when we were due to meet with no word from her we tried to get an ETA on when she would be there to no avail. After waiting for another hour with no word we tried calling and texting with no response at all. If this is how she conducts personal business I can only imagine that her poor ethics and salesmanship transfer over to her professional work as well. Do not let this horrible woman sell anything to you or for you.

Literally the best house selling/buying experience ever. Josh helped us jump through some pretty severe issues with permitting while selling. And when we decided to build, he kept our builders feet to the fire and made them rip out windows to fix them 3 says before closing. And he even made them put in a French drain the night before we signed papers. He had our familys best interests at heart and is even our neighbor. Best neighbor and realtor ever.
