Dolly (and her husband) as a selling agent is very unresponsive and impossible to work with. We were finally able to close on our house a week ago (with help from a lawyer because of the unresponsiveness) and they still havent removed the "for sale" sign from the front of our house (its also still contingent/for sale online) or provided us with working mailbox keys or garage door openers. This is the fourth house that weve purchased (third in the Seattle area) and have never experienced such little regard from a selling or buying agent. If you want to buy a house and keep your sanity, stay far away from the Dolly team!
