We met Jeff Schumacher at an open house months before we were ready to buy just to see what the market looked like before we got serious. He stayed with us until we were ready to go for it. The husband and I got pre-approved during the week. They saw some houses on Saturday, I had a Sunday unexpectedly open up so we saw 10 open houses. 3 of which we were happy to put in offers on, but one I fell in love with immediately the moment I walked in. We know how the market was treating buyers, so I kept telling myself "if we dont get it, its not the end of the world. its super competitive so dont get your hopes up." And this was our first weekend heading out. We put in two offers on homes, and the one I absolutely adored and loved, we won! We rescinded the other offer since our top pick got accepted. Jeff knows the market, and knows what you need to be competitive. He has gone above and beyond throughout the whole process, and has made sure that not only the transaction goes through smoothly, but that our home is ready with the many connections he has. I am so glad we met him by chance, and we have our dream home because of it.

I had some dealings with one of their realtors, Jolanta Lehman, who turned out to be as unprofessional as they come. I messaged her after she was over an hour late to a meeting, and she made heaps of excuses, then promised to come by later. Then tomorrow. Then never. I wasted a day trying to meet with her, and she was completely unapologetic. She then blocked me (despite my being consistently polite but firm), but not before I saw multiple hateful, racist, homophobic, xenophobic posts on one of her social media accounts. I strongly recommend not to use this realtor, and I suggest to Re/Max that she is not someone you need on staff.

Selling agent for a SeaTac unit, SHARON MANN, performed electrical signoff one day after escrow, not before. Not so reliable. Also had keys locked inside the unit, causing buyer not able to enter his apartment.
