Barely a month after I joined CB back in 1995, about 2/3 of the agents in the office bolted en masse for another office in town...all lured by promises that never came true. Those of us who stayed did so because we recognized our owners (Richard Bortolazzo) core commitment to providing a level of support and an office environment that breeds professionalism and success. Our office has always been a leader in our market area. Not only in sales production, but in education & training, tools & technology and in our unparalleled civic involvement. All of that translates directly into the high standards, ethical service and professionalism that we provide to our clients every day. And in the end, thats really what its all about. Its no wonder that our office continues to excel and that most of us who didnt leave back in 1995 are still here today...and continue to do a marvelous job for our clients. And whatever became of those who sought greener pastures way back when? Well most if not all either left the business altogether years ago or have hopscotched from office to office, still looking for that elusive brass ring. Well the Brass Ring remains where its always been...right here at 900 First St. in Benicia -- THE finest real estate office in Solano County if not the entire Bay Area.

Andrew Urban assisted my in-laws last year with the purchase of their home. My in-laws were in quite a difficult spot as they were re-locating from a different area and were completely unfamiliar with the area they wished to purchase in. In addition they needed to coordinate the purchase of their new home with the sale of their existing home. Andrew researched information, submitted listings for their review daily and kept in constant contact with them to answer any questions they had. When my in-laws finally did make it down to look at homes, Andrew went out of his way to set up an efficient and effective property tour with homes fitting only their specific requirements and needs. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and were new to the process and we were hoping to find an agent who was going to be able to help us with the process, explain things to us, and to try not to rush us. Although we were first time homebuyers, my wife and I tend to be picky so we were hoping we would be able to pick a realtor who would understand our perspective and be able to work with us. Needless to say, Frank was fantastic. Frank has a great attitude, was always in a good mood, and took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we knew what was going on.
