LeBon sold our house in 1 week and his marketing was fantastic but the problem was that we needed to buy a house in a different school district and we didnt want to rent or move twice in the process. LeBon negotiated for us to stay at our house we sold for 1 month for free which was enough time to buy our current home that we live in so the transition was smooth and stress free. We only had to move once
