The Adobe Real Estate team did an outstanding job handling my real estate transaction. I live out of state and Adobe helped me flip and sell my rental property in Spanaway. The property was in completed disarray after the last tenants moved out. Thankful, my family put me in touch with Gavin at Adobe Real Estate and he handled everything. He coordinated all the repairs (and there were many) from completely landscaping the front and back yard, painting, roof repairs, fence repairs, cleaning, and a large amount of honey-do-list type work. Gavin works with several reputable contractors and they had the house in showing shape within two weeks. The house had several, above asking, offers within two days of being on the market. Gavin was extremely diligent in reviewing each offer and presented them to me in a way that was detailed, precise, and easy to comprehend. Gavin provided a great deal of knowledge that made me feel confident in choosing the best offer. He was also very attentive throughout the closing process. Gavin and Chris were incredibly prompt to respond to my emails and calls. They kept me well informed and updated me as things were happening. This was such a blessing as I live so far away. They clearly worked very hard to make the process as smooth as possible for me. I would, highly, recommend this group. Amy Baalaer at Abode Base was FANTASTIC to work with! My favorite part about working with Amy was how down to earth and not pushy she was. She seemed very open and like she honestly wanted to make sure that we got all the facts. And unlike another realtor that we worked with, when we looked at a place Amy just let us do our thing and look around instead of wanting to know right away whether or not we wanted to buy the place. In a nutshell, Amy felt like a "normal" person without an agenda who just honestly wanted to help us find a place that we liked and that was within the parameters we set. Very impressed with Gavin! I placed my home on Zillow last year and was called regularly by realtors and investors wanting to purchase my property.
