I was a first time buyer, so I was a little nervous. From the moment I walked in, my nervousness went out the window! I was greeted with the sound of laughter, and it instantly made me feel "at home". The professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness made it a great experience. Everyone was so helpful, they recommended a GREAT Thai restaurant for lunch and gave me directions to the nearest pharmacy AND gave me a map of the city!

My step mom recommend this real estate company since I was looking for homes for sale in Chico. This neighborhood is so great and I was excited to move here but was on a smaller budget. coldwell took care of me and they never rushed me to hurry and close on a home. They always updated me on the new homes in Chico giving me mls listing access. Great realtors here who really care.
