Redfin makes available to potential buyers and sellers a wealth of data relevant to real estate decisions. The Redfin website is second to none in transparency, navigability and presentation of information. I find the reviews posted by Redfin agents of homes they have toured in the Seattle area very insightful, especially the reviews by Joe Hunter. I can also vouch for the professionalism of Redfin brokers Chad Diericks and Collin Horn and their associates. When I listed my condo after I became interested in another condo for purchase, Chad represented me on the listing and Collin on the purchase. I appreciated both their attention to detail, knowledge of the market, good sense and efficiency, but what impressed me even more was how they treated me when I changed my mind and decided to de-list my condo. Their support and interest in customer service did not diminish one iota. I definitely recommend them and Redfin as a whole!

Redfin is awesome. For the savvy buyer, who likes technology and wants to get the best deal and know you are getting the best deal,Redfin is the game changer for you. The Seattle Team; specifically Loren and Kenny were amazing. Kenny is the best person I have toured homes with in any country. Great eye for detail, knows the market, and can give you great advice. The website and iphone apps make this an awesome place to shop for real estate and the rebate is always nice too. If you are out of town and want to change the way you tour, you may have to do a little work, but the result are amazing - and request Kenny! When it comes to closing, Loren is on top of it, quickly responds and e-signing is a wonderful addition

I am very disappointed as a buyer with Redfin. Apparently the disclosure statement doesnt mean much to these agents. The house we purchased had a disclosure statement that stated all appliances worked. We had an inspection done but the 2100.00 built in wine refrigerator was not checked because it was stated on the disclosure as working. When we moved in and turned it on....IT DIDNT WORK. Redfins stance...Too bad, you had plenty of time to figure that out before hand. UMMM, does this mean that to Redfin the disclosure statement isnt a binding contract? If buying a house from someone represented by Redfin, CHECK EVERYTHING! I will never use or recommend Redfin to anyone!
