Ive resigned myself to the fact that my wife loves Nordstrom. She loves the customized and attentive service from their employees, the client-friendly policies of the company, and the luxurious shopping experience inside the store. In a nutshell, she feels valued when she walks through the store. Dawn Thomas is the Nordstrom of the real estate world and now I understand what my wife has been saying for years: when you make your customers feel valuable, they will remain loyal to you forever. Dawn begins this service with an in-depth interview of potential clients. Thats not a mistake, by the way--all clients are "potential" until she has assessed the needs of that person or couple to determine if she is the best fit for them. With many years of experience in negotiations, sales, and client service and hundreds of clients served, Dawn has developed an innate understanding of who can best utilize her laser focus. Since shes not your run-of-the-mill real estate agent, dont expect to be shuttled around to dozens of random houses. In fact, Dawn surprised one client who came to her after seeing 50 homes with another agent. Dawn showed the gentleman just 8 and he found exactly what he was looking for.
