We recently went through a home purchase. We tried to use a Realtor suggested by family.That didnt work well at all. The Broker wasnt paying attention to our needs and what we wanted. After about six months, we stopped looking for a home. We were disgusted with our service! We decided to look for homes a month later and to look for another company to help us. This was to be a home for the next thirty years. We went to Coldwell Banker Bain to find help with our search. Victoria Gulsvig met, and talked to both of us. We decided to have Victora try to help us. It was a wise decision. She showed us homes in the right areas and price range. It took only two weeks to find our home. The loan proccess and paperwork was handeled, with us doing very little. Victoria knows what she is doing and how to listen. I would recommend Victoria to anyone that needs highly experienced help looking for property.

We had a so/so experience with Karen. It was our first time purchasing so maybe my expectations were high but I got more information from the sellers realtor and it came in a much more timely manner. She didnt seem to plan ahead (not having dates and times for key exchanges, not sure when our possession date was, etc.) and did not arrive with keys at the scheduled time which was very stressful as movers were scheduled for early the next day. We got them as the movers arrived. I know there are a lot of moving pieces and we were not the only clients but a simple call or text goes a long way. Things were corrected after signing that I felt could have been fixed earlier on. Not a pleasant or comforting experience. ..

Our broker, Vicky Warnock is very professional but also very kind and sensitive. This was a difficult move for us and selling the house was heart-wrenching. We felt like we were in control of the home sell decisions every step of the way. Vicky is in no way pushy or arrogant. That was very important to us. She gave some very valuable advice and suggestions which were much appreciated. She also staged our home so beautifully! While Vicky is not pushy or arrogant, that does not mean that she isnt tough when it comes to negotiations. She stands her ground on what is right and fair. We have recommended her to others and will continue doing so.

TC responded to emails and texts within minutes; whether a question occurred to me at 5 am in the morning or 8 pm at night, he was on it! I thoroughly enjoyed working with TC. He was personable, professional, and most important highly knowledgeable. He and his team worked tirelessly to ensure not one, but two of our loans closed in record time! Awesome job!
