James is awesome! After our first conversation I could tell that he was going to be a valuable person to have on my side. I spoke with James about helping me find an investment property in Pierce County. James was very quick to respond, and he not only gave me multiple options in Pierce County that matched my criteria, he also showed me options in King County and Thurston County. Ive worked with a lot of real estate brokers and James has been head and shoulders above them all. He not only understands residential real estate, he also has an in depth understanding of investing. After doing my own due diligence on the properties that James presented to me, he was spot on and brought me more opportunities than I was able to handle, so I was able to pick the best out of the bunch to move forward with. James advised me of the best course of action to move forward with an offer and was on top of the paperwork for me through the entire process. James has became my "go to" broker and I would recommend him to my family. He is also a veteran, so if you are in the military he would be great to work with because he understands the challenges and processes of military life. If you dont at least check him out before you choose a broker, youre selling yourself short!
