Anytime Fitness Milton does an amazing job of fitting everything you need and nothing you dont into their relatively small floor space. Theres a great atmosphere here. Kenny is friendly with everyone and is a perfect gym manager or staff member. Most people here when I visited this location were either athletes or serious lifters, but I still got the feeling that anyone would be welcomed here. Its small size makes it feel more like a club than a mega gym, which made it easier to concentrate on my workout. I love their locker room set up. There are a few single-person full bathrooms with showers, which is a godsend compared to noisy, cramped stalls at most gym locker rooms. The privacy is great. The lockers are outside near the gym floor, which is convenient and secure. If I could rate them out of 100 Id give them 100/100.

I’d like to express my gratitude and thanks to the support of a few people and places that have given me results that were made obtainable by them. To lose the 100 plus lbs and keep going with it is nothing short of a small transformation to mind, body, and health. The team at Anytime Fitness @ Milton from the personal trainers, management, staff, and the owners are dedicated to every single person walking thru that door till you leave. These are professional people with smiles and pride! I’ll say that willpower and hard work does pay off if you set your mind to it. Anytime Fitness doesn’t allow for horrible times at their gyms only fun. I learned from the very start of last year when I joined in late July what “fun” is. Its nothing short of an adventure of a lifetime for me. Thank you

People come here to get in shape. Its not a social place to chill with friends or take pictures in the mirrors. People here are serious about getting fit. Staff is phenomenal. Helpful and friendly. Clean facility with lots of newer equipment. Ive been there 6 Months. only seen I item out of order and was only our of order for a short time. I highly recommend Anytime fitness!
