If you want to get in shape, shed pounds and have a fun friendly family oriented place to get fit this is the place for you!! GCF isnt like just another cross fit gym the coaches are amazing they push you to your limits, know your strengths and abilities and do everything to help you achieve your goals and each of them are so motivating and challenging. NO matter your shape or size there is something for everyone!!

Writing this review for the Cages. Great facilities. Only problem is its hit and miss when someone actually answers the phone. Have called multiple times on three different occasions trying to rent out time for the Cages and field, but nobody answered.
