Had them to my home, they couldnt keep appointments, the job has been left unfinished, streched out over months when it was only supposed to take a couple weeks. When they couldnt show up they never called to let me know so I sat around waiting. They had four different electricians in the house over the job and it still is incomplete, wont pass inspection, and I have tripping breakers. When I call in to complain no one will take responsibilty for the piss poor serverice. Ken (owner) was rude on the phone and passed me off to April ( Secretary) who has no clue whats going on or how to return phone calls. On top of all this I find them to be far over priced and overall unhelpful and I would never use them again and I pray no one else will. I personally will be doing everything within my personal, physical, and social media abilities to boycot this joke of a business until there is a resolution.

As a Construction Superintendent for near 30 years, only a few of my sub contractors have stood out and apart from the masses. Thurston Electric is definitely one of the best Ive had the pleasure to work with. The entire team in the Office, to the field guys, these guys have it together! Easy to work with, polite, consciences, professional and Fair! All becoming rare traits! When things go bad with the project schedule as they occasionally do. Thurston Elect was willing to do whatever it took to keep my project on track with their work, working odd hours or part days or whatever it took to keep things moving forward! I only wish More Contractors were as understanding and attentive as they have proved to be! Very appreciated! I look forward to more work with this team in the future without question! had them come out to look at my breaker box after a light quit working. i had mister sparky come out and look at it first and they said that my whole panel needed to be replaced. i decided to call thurston electric for a second opinion after a neighbor recommended them. they came out and found out that there was nothing wrong with my breaker box or the light, it was just a bad breaker. they replaced it in no time at a fraction of the price that mister sparky wanted to fix the problem. i would definitely recommend them!

My father had several jobs needed done. So he called thurston electric to schedule someone to come out and on the phone explained exactly what needed to be done. Several hours of work at least. The diapatch person sent someone out on three separate occasions telling them that its a 30min job they can do it quick. Then when my father complained they said that he did not tell them what needed to be done. Lies. All of it lies. Dont use these guys. Completely unreliable.

I was a site superintendent at the American Eagle Outfitters at Capital Mall Thurston electric was our subcontractor for low voltage and electrical needs I cannot express highly enough for the knowledge, craftsmanship, and professionalism that they brought to the table I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of electrical service

GREAT Customer Service - above and beyond to help us! Just had a generator installed, the owner is AWESOME,!! Nicest guy you will ever meet. His electrician is a great guy top, both provided excellent customer service and service at a fair price. Would recommend this company to my dear old grandmother!! We will use again!

Great customer service. Very reasonable fees. The work was done exactly per the bid, even though we ran into some unforeseen impedances and delays. The electrician (Keith) was friendly, polite and very competent. I enjoyed all aspects of the transaction. A much better experience than with a close competitor.
