WireNutz was hired by American Home Shield to check a problem with a bathroom exhaust fan at my home. The work performed itself was satisfactory, however, I had concerns regarding what led to the work being done in the first place (replacement of the fan). After playing phone tag with the owner, Matt, he and I were able to connect and I shared my concerns. Throughout the conversation Matt was professional; he took the time to listen to my concerns. After sharing our perspective with each other, it was clear to me that Matt was interested in knowing what he could do to retain my business and earn my future business. We were able to come to a mutually acceptable agreement in the same conversation. Because Matt took the time to personally contact me and work through my concerns, I can confidently and firmly recommend Wire Nutz to anyone considering residential electrical work. As a footnote, I STRONGLY CAUTION ANYone against entering into a "home warranty" contract with AHS. After talking with Matt, it seems much of the issue rests with AHS.

We needed some sockets and rewiring done in the basement of our newly purchased home in Portland. Wire Nutz came to our rescue with a super fast bid that we got in writing shortly after they came to see what the job entailed. The gentlemen who did the actual work showed up just a couple days later, right on time, were super nice and had the job done much much sooner that we expected. They paid special attention to make sure that everything was tidy when they left and treated our home with care and respect. If you want an honest, knowledgeable and friendly electrical crew we highly recommend Wire Nutz!. We were quoted three times more than what our repairs should have cost to have a couple of breakers put in and a couple of ceiling fans installed. Wire Nutz came to do a repair for our home warranty and when we told them our quote from the BIG NATIONWIDE company whose name shall not be mentioned they took care of us! Wire nutz is a great company I would highly recommend them to anyone. I called with some power issues and he showed up in 30 minutes. He was professional and polite and fixed the problem fast. He even came back for free to fix another problem I was having the very next day. I could not be happier with the service and work he did at my home. He was very polite and easy to communicate with. What was very helpful is he had a few suggestions for improvements that I could make on the other lights in my house- these were suggestions I hadnt thought of, including DIY ideas which ive already acted on. I would definitely recommend this company. Today I had Mike Young from Wire Nutz come out to my house to do some work and I was incredibly impressed with the quality and further more the amount of knowledge he had. He was incredibly friendly and professional!! If I ever need to use an electrician again i will call these guys and ask for Michael.

I would not contact this company again nor recommend them. first they dont return phone calls , they do text with minimum information even when asking over and over again to talk to someone. Their rates are outrageous as i found 4 electrical companies charging 50 to 75% less.
