These guys came out to my place of business to do some minor work. Ive worked with other electric companies before and have never been treated this poorly. I was lied to, overcharged then harrased immediatley after the work was done for the money even though i was given a payment plan ahead of time. They also allow their apprentices to work alone, these guys are not licensed and are to be supervised by but sure charge you as though they are! Awful, awful experience and I would not recommend. Go with someone with good reviews!

I was overcharged for relatively minor work done on an existing home. One guy was an hour late and I got billed for it. I also got billed for their lunch break. I called them on it and the owner backed down. A month later, I got a note from the city of Eugene fining me that they did not get permits they needed for the job. Urgh. It took almost 6 months for the ordeal to get worked out. I would not use them again.

JB came out and serviced a job they did for a client over 6 years before. They did not charge her and she was happy. Made me look good. They are busy but will take care of you down the road.
