I told them everything I wanted done and the guy typed it all into the computer. Then I told him I was going to a movie at the theater right next door and would be back in two hours. He said they would call if they had any questions. They never called and I left my ringer on cuz only one in the theater. Went back after two hours and the new guy had no clue who I was or what car I had or the work it needed so I explained it all again. He looked VERY confused and acted like they had not done ANY work on the car and just now figured out what it needed. I told him I explained to them before I left what to do and now I am back and it should be done. Finally the original guy walks in and said he figured he would just replace the blower since the wiring is most likely still good. My A/C and heat were not working. He goes back out to my car which had been moved to the side, out of the work area. They said to pay $80 so I did and went out to my car where he was installing the blower. Just NOW, TWO HOURS LATER!!!! I had also told them I wanted the entire cooling system checked: coolant levels, raidiator hose, ect. So when I asked about it to make sure they had done it, he tells me I dont need to worry about that since I only have 82,000 miles on my car. Uh-huh. I drive off and the blower will NOT turn off, no matter what I do. I was not going to go back to those incompetent, lying men who work there. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it and the screws are already falling out because he could not even put them back in right. I will also have to pay a real professional to have my cooling system checked since the men at meinke were incapable. My main regret is paying $80 and not going back to insist on a FULL REFUND. Meinke is only as good as their workers and this place is full of nothing but fake phony lying incompetent men. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UPDATE: I just looked at the invoice they slipped in the meinke yellow folder and the total was $110.00. UNBELIEVABLE!

If youre just looking for something easy like an oil change, you may do okay here, but if you need them to actually diagnose and fix something, forget about it....theyll never figure it out the first time, and youll end up spending hundreds of dollars in the process before they finally do. My first visit 6 months ago was for a brake issue I was having - 3 visits, 2 tows, one car rental, and over $800 later, they finally figured it out and got it fixed. Shouldve been more like a $400 fix. I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt last month and took it in for a coolant leak and a/c recharge - they charged me almost $400 to replace a couple radiator hoses and never did recharge my a/c. Problem is, the leak never actually got fixed, and apparently the hoses were never the problem - leaked just as bad after the fix as it did before, and when I took it back they then said it was the water pump. I opted out of the water pump replacement as I know how expensive those can be and my older Isuzu Rodeo wasnt worth it, but Im still out that $400. Thankfully Im now driving a brand new car and wont have to deal with inept mechanics like this for awhile, but just be warned if you decide to go here that thats exactly what youll get...

Been going here for years for our vehicles for everything from oil changes to bigger mechanical issues. We trust them and their judgement and whenever something has gone awry they are lightening fast to fix it and get it under control. Lets be honest: mechanics are human and there are a lot of variables in each thing they do. Sometimes things get wonky. There have been a few times that I have been annoyed with the oil change wait times as they fluctuate a lot, however, they do their best and it is what it is. Overall, if you are capable of communicating successfully as a customer I dont know why there would be an issue. I think a lot of people arent able to take responsibility for their side of the bargain with a business therefore they get angry and assume they are being taken advantage of. I truly dont think that is the case at this shop.

I took my jeep in to have my ac recharged ,oil changed and to find out why my car was idling high when in park and when I would start it the price I was charged for my ac was crazy they charged me one price to look at it and to recharge it and then they charged me almost 40.00 more for the coolant after that they told me the idling problem was my cooling fan that it has two speeds and it would not go in to high they were going to charge me almost 800.00 to replace it I took it to a different place I paid under 300.00 and it was my tps sensor not my fan also found out my fan does not have different settings they were just trying to rip me off will never go back again

I was just in over the weekend to have my rear brakes done and it was going to cost a little more than I thought, the guy who was helping me took off $33 to help me save a little. On Monday I was having some problems and called in to get it looked at and they took me right in, no waiting and helped me with the problem. I go there for everything that I need done on my vehicle. Ive been to lots of mechanics and this is the best place for me. I will continue taking my business to them for many years to come so long as they stay in business.

Last time I took my car in for a look over it took them over 2HRs . I was watching them do the look over and there was no real looking from what I seen. ( Hood was open did not cheek my fluids and did not cheek my AC like the promo said and the owner of the shop said the mancantic will cheek it for me. They did a half a$$ job in my personal opinion. I recommend going to a locally owned repair shop. Let alone with the over priced repairs that I got done less at a local repair shop.

Robert (mgr) and his crew have always given myself and my customers great service. I recommend all of my friends, family, and loyal customers to go to THIS Olney st. location. Ive tried another local location and ended up just walking out do to desk mgr "double-talking" me which made me think "HE" thought I was stupid. So, GO SEE ROBERT @ The 1445 Onley st location and you will not be disappointed. Bob (owner) INTEGRITY AUTO BODY LLC in our 14th year at our Port Orchard location. :-)

Employees are nice. The manager Tom is quite a doe doe bird. Lacks motivation, leadership, and just basic overall management skills. I had a 3 inch piece of pipe welded in my exhaust which I sat around and talked with the guy doing it even gave a hand in helping. Was a super easy job. Tom charged me $141! Simply outrageous! His dull, I dont care attitude, and overall care for customers has lost them ONE. I will never recommend this store nor will I ever come back.
