I cant say enough good things about Ken and the staff at Teeters & Schacht. I bought a 2012 Toyota Prius V a few months ago and my back has been really bothering me on my 1 hour commute home from work. Seems the folks at Toyota werent really thinking when they designed the Prius seats. I called Teeters & Schact and right away Ken told me he could help me. "I cant make it perfect but I can definitely make it a lot better". His confidence was not misplaced. When I dropped off the car, Ken spent a good 15 minutes with me, sitting in my seat, having me test other seats, trying different foam wedges here and there. We found a set-up that felt good to me and I left for work. I came back that afternoon and he had replaced the seat foam on both the seat back and bottom cushion. He completely changed the contour of the seat from concave (what is Toyota thinking??) to slightly convex so that the seat now follows the natural curve of my low back. Ive had the car back for 3 weeks and I am loving life! Teeters & Schacht exceeded my expectations and I would strongly recommend them to anyone for upholstery work. Not to mention they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Ken really seemed to care, and it shows. Great work guys!

I got my convertible top replaced here. After replacement, the roof leaked around the glass insert which had never leaked before. While at another shop to have some repair work done on the roof mechanism, the mechanic was astonished at the shoddy workmanship.The roof was put on at an angle so that one side of the roof has a gap and does not rub against the metalwork while the other does and is now fraying. When the old roof was removed, instead of taking all of it off by removing the studs by the trunk, they used a sharp knife to cut and leave the part which was attached by the studs. Ken the owner is a nice guy but whoever did the work on my car should be sacked.

I wanted Ken to remake my front seats so they would be softer and more comfortable--they were like sitting on a hard bench. He spent a lot of time with me--and my wife, making sure we found the right feel for our seats. When I picked up my car, my first reaction was, "Wow! What a difference. They are so comfortable! Just what I wanted." Ken is talented and skilled--and a nice guy as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He will change your experience of driving.

Best tint job Ive had. Perfectly cut and fitted. No bubbles at all and the tint is high quality. Ken is great as is the rest of the staff. Highly recommended if you need any glass or upholstery repair and especially if you need your windows tinted. Prices arent bad either.
