Have been to this office for DMV related issues at least 5 times. Everyone is nice, but unfortunately the management is not properly managing and training its tellers as they consistently make mistakes,. These mistakes often cause the customer to have to fill out correction forms which require the signatures of the both the buyer and seller of a vehicle that is being registered. Their excuse to avoid any real responsibility is that the folks at the DMV will reject the applications and you will have to come back in anyway. Of my 5 visits I have had problems 4 times. I had learned what to do after the very first time and I am super careful, and have even waited to fill the forms and old titles out right in front of the tellers at the desk so as to limit the chance of any mistake. I tried to do that today and the nice lady asked me to go over to another desk to fill out the section I needed to. I didnt want to do this given the history of these lesser trained folks, but the line was long and I was wanting to be a team player. I filled out the title with ZERO mistakes and brought it back to the teller. She looked it over and said that I had made a correction, which to her credit, that zero in the $500 I had written could have been viewed that way. But that is how I do zeros. It was not corrected, there was nothing to imply that there was another number there. So against all things I stand for, I had to argue my case and the team grew to first add the woman who has screwed me up 2 times in the past when she was new, but in this case was being referenced as the senior person, and then another individual who sensed the elevated energy level of the exchange and levied his opinion as to what would happen at the DMV. I explained that though in some of my 5 cases in the past year there were obvious corrections and it made sense to fill out the appropriate paperwork that this one was not qualified as a correction. They all tried to get me out the door. They all told me I would have to go to the DMV. What good would AAA be if they had to send everyone to the DMV. I kept arguing, trying to keep my cool, but was very direct and truthfully a bit emotional given just how many times I have had to deal with this a this one office. In the end, I got my registration and stickers. If the DMV sends it back, Ill go back. Given that I was a bit hot with them I wouldnt be surprised if somehow they even make that be by whatever means they have, but perhaps not. All in all I would give this place a 3 stars, but given the track record they clearly need new management and someone who has a better connection with their contacts at the DMV.

If I could give it zero I would. I got better service AT the DMV. Waiting in line at 4pm Wed July 20 2017. A rep is helping one gentleman at the counter and is very engaged. Thats the good part. The rep then must have gotten a text on his phone as he TAKES HIS PHONE OUT and texts back, WHILE at the counter. While this does not impact me.. it is horrible customer service. In the meantime, I wait and there are literally 5 other people wandering around. Not one acknowledges me nor comes over to help. After about 5 min another rep who was helping someone else comes to help me.There are now 4 other people wandering around, one less than 10 feet from me who never even said anything. I am trying to pay my car reg. I write a check after giving them my ID and AAA card and the rep then asks the other FOUR people ,oh can we take a check w/o the address on it? Suddenly they all say NO. I have been with them for 40 years. 40. I had a new check book. I gave them my ID and suddenly EVERYONE has an opinion ? Honestly, I was at the DMV a week ago and I truly got better service.

Do not trust their advice on out of state requirements for tag renewals. Their bad advice cost me $285. I was moving from California to Florida and my car tag was up for renewal. I visited this office and asked would I need to renew my tag since I am moving to Florida and will switch to a Fla license and tag for my car. The agent insisted I would need to have a current tag before Florida would issue a new tag. WRONG. That bad advice cost me $280 I did not need to spend. The state of Florida DMV does not care if you out of state tag has a current sticker on it.

They never answer their landline phone and dont return the voicemail offered to leave a message. Its very sad that a business does not answer their phone to its customers and prospective customers alike. Whats even worse is to offer us to leave a message stating a AAA representative will call us back..Ive been trying for about a month and half and left 3 messages. Very very poor...
