Do not use this company!!! View my public post on my facebook to see what they have done to my 2005 Subaru Forester after having it in for an estimate. My bumper was torn off during an accident and my head and fog lights damaged. They tore my car apart! Took off both headlights and fog lights, my driver side panel over the wheel, mirror on drivers side, drivers side handle, and even the entire panel inside my drivers side door and charged me for this, my car is now legally undrivable. When I let them know I wasnt having the repairs done they let me know my car was in this state and that they would not be putting it back together if I wasnt getting repairs with them. I had no idea the severity of what theyd done until I picked up my car today. Their manager hung up on me when I repeatedly asked why this was done because it is not normal protocol for an estimate nor had I approved absolutely any of this. I will be taking this company to court over this.

I have used Cornforth Campbell/Carstar a few times now. Every time, they are courteous and respectful. They explain everything and even handle arrangements for the rental car exchange there at the shop at time of drop off/pick up. Kurt and the entire staff are honest and up front. While I was dropping off my car once, a customer brought them home made cookie...wasnt a huge surprise given how personable the staff is. Every repair theyve done has been spot on. Couldnt even tell the cars had been in an accident. (and for the record, Ive been rear ended a few times...) HIGHLY recommend!!! Carstar is awesome!

I was rear ended and with this being my first accident I dont have experience with collision shops, thankfully! I drove in and got immediate service. The staff was busy, but friendly and quick to attend to my needs. They worked well with my crazy schedule and had my car done when they said they would. When I arrived, my car was cleaned inside and out and the work done was beautiful. I cant speak for others, but my experience was great! I hope I never have to use your services again, but I will recommend you to others. Thank you!

Took my charger in there a while ago. They did the worst possible job! Orange peal on paint put my broken fog lights back into my brand new bumper but charged the insurance company for them. None of the body panels lined up and the tint they had put in didnt match and started peeling right away! I showed them my complaints and they said I was to picky! My friend also had his rear bumper fixed here with the same result. Over all terrible work and the did a lot of things wrong. Ruined the car for me.

Excellent no hassle service and quality workmanship in every way. Made the entire process easy. Took care of everything which made for an effortless repair process when it was most needed. Dealt directly with the insurance company and resolved an issue when they tried to cut us short. Bought a car here because it was in fact a good deal, but that was the only good part. The staff took their sweet time in helping me, I was there ALL day while they got the paperwork in order. They refused to fix some things that they had promised to fix, because they knew I had to drive a ways to get there. After washing the car I discovered there were many paints chips covered with whiteout. Go somewhere else....anywhere else.

Oct. 23, 2011 Have to agree with the Jan. 2010 review, excellent service and exceeds my expectations each time Ive used them. And note you get a FIRM estimate and commitment from them before leaving your vehicle. As my vehicles are 10 and 20 yrs. old, some structural components do wear out and they have the skills and tools to repair them quickly and reasonably priced for me. This shop is on my short list of trusted places.

My 04 Envoy looks brand new!! (I hope the deer that jumped out in front of me is like new too!) Great communication, timely service, and did what they said they would and more. I didnt expect the vehicle to look like it came from the detail shop....all the way down to dressing the tires! Thanks to the great staff at Cornforth Campbell. Nice job!

Not only can they not color match to save their lives, they also scratched my car and refused to take absolutely no responsibility for it. When asked about it I was told by the manager to take my keys, leave, and dont come back and that they did not need me. Will NEVER go back or recommend

If you call clear coating over chips in pain a pain job then they did a great job. I can tell where the clear coat ran and my fender wasnt replaced it was just reading painted and buffered. Theyre the worst Collin repair shop Ive ever visited. Go anywhere else if you care about your car.

I have had two of my cars repaired at Cornforth Campbell. It is very convenient that my insurance company allows Cornforth to write the estimate saving me an extra trip to an adjusters office. All the work done has more than met my expectations. Brian Ford

Nice people. Unfortunately they are terrible with body work. My insurance company forced me to go back there three times. Now Im stuck with bad repairs and my $20,000 truck is only worth about $8000. I guess I should have taken a class before going there.

My sister and me had mechanic fix side way mirror, no charge! Their are some good honest people out there! Even desk office woman was extra nice!! I know where to go to get the car fixed/repair!!!
