Crappy painting work and still charge an arm and a leg. If you have an expensive car pay a bit more and go to a professional paint shop where they do flawless paint spraying in a clean environment. Cause Maaco aint giving a damn about your car. And if you do go to Maaco with an old clunker trying to save a few bux make sure you dont let them paint it in single-stage painting. Cause your car will still look like s-t despite the new paint. Regardless of single or two-stage painting they do a horrible paint work. I dont know how long theyve been in this business but any paint shop sprays the paint in a clean dust-free environment. At Maaco your car or parts are gonna have lots of air bubbles and dirt on them. And they will tell you to buff/polish that yourself. Yeah, right. Whats the point of saving a few bux if I have to hire somebody to do that and PAY A FEW MORE HUNDRED DOLLARS. They are jokers. Anyway, I do not recommend Maaco. I am still mad at them for such a BS painting job.

Regular atención.. pero el trabajo muy malo. Me entregaron el carro sin gasolina sucio sin bateria y depaso al tratar de auxiliarlo conectaron el jumper invertido ocasionando el dano al alternador y varios fusibles quemados Regular attention .. but the work really bad. I was handed the car without dirty gasoline without battery and They tried to help it connected the inverted jumper causing damage to the alternator and several fuses burns

The customer service at this location is NOT great. They ripped us off by stealing our amp and stereo and then told us it was never in the car! The paint job was fine but the stereo system was worth twice as much as the paint job. Maybe the people who work there wrote the good review? The owner is very rude and uncooperative and let us know he could care less about our stuff coming up missing at his business. He basically called us liars by saying it was never there. Even their employees told us that stereos and systems come up missing on a regular basis. Our car was not broken into - the only thing that could have happened was the person that had the key (MAACO!!!) STOLE our stuff!! If you do go the Maaco in Kent take ALL your valuable stuff out! If I could pick zero stars for my rating I would.

I had my 72 SS Nova painted there, paint turned out very nice for the money I had spent. After some time the paint acquired a couple of imperfections, so I brought it back down to Joel and his team , the manager Jeff took a look at the car and agreed to fix it asap with no excuses . Unfortunately the paint was a metal flake , which ment they needed to paint the whole car again. My car was returned in no time and was better then I expected . Many thanks to Joel and his team for the hard work and effort to make my car their priority! And for the record my car was full of stereo and high end car parts , all in which ,were still there when I got my car back. Thanks guys !

If you dont mind poor quality and no pride in their work; take it to the Kent Maaco. Just be sure to look over our car and be sure to point out the flaws because they will not tell you the defects when they release the car. Youll have to complain to get even mediocre work. Oh, also expect to get your car back with a delay because you will need to keep it with them to fix their inadequate work. If you dont mind cheap, poor quality, and an indifferent owner, take it to the Kent Maaco!!

ATTENITION BEOFRE GOING Had the most horrible experience with these guys. Brought in my (Toyota Prius) working very nice got it back from them with the hybrid battery not working properly at all. I dont know what they do. I wouldnt recommend this place. Its worth spending more at some other body shop.
