I was in an accident and ARA Carstar made a very frustrating situation into a wonderful experience. They were quick in getting the estimate to me and it was shopped around and I was excited to find out they were very reasonably priced along with going above and beyond with giving me a car to drive while my car was repaired and they didnt have to do that part. The end result was a quality job done in a timely manner. I will send everyone to ARA Collision Carstar!

I had my car expertly and promptly repaired. I was given an accurate estimate of time & costs of repairs. I was regularly kept informed about status of the repairs. The staff was courteous in their manner. They even made a reservation with the next door rental car company.

I liked that the work was well done Ana in a timely manner. The only thing that I did not like, was that the change that I had in my car was stolen! I was told by Jill that she would be in touch with me about it, as of today, I have not heard from her.

I got a prompt and courteous service from everyone at Carstar in Everett. They kept me informed about the repairs being done, and, as an added bonus, I was able to go next door and rent a car while mine was being repaired.

Wouldnt go anywhere else now, except the other Carstars when they are busy. The one in Bothell was the best, quick quick quick and friendly, they bent over backwards trying to get my car back to me as soon as possible.
