This place was horrible. They extended the day my car was to be completed twice in the span of two days. They didnt even call me to update me, I had to call them to find out on the day it was supposed to be ready. Theyre open until 5:30 but you cant pick up your car past 4:45, so if you have a full time job, good luck ever getting your car back. Once I had finally arranged a time to come pick it up the next day (I had to get a friend to do it, since I work), they called me to tell me that they dented my car in the lot and had to keep it another few days. The next day they changed the completion date. Then changed it again the next day. They still never called me, I had to call them every single time. I just got my car today, a whole WEEK AND A HALF past when it was supposed to done originally, and they didnt even offer to discount my bill for having to wait that long because of their own mistake. They were also consistently rude throughout the entire process, even though I was never rude to them even when they told me they dented my car. They are unprofessional and incompetent. I will never take my car here again.

They were incredibly helpful. When the rental company failed to deliver my rental car Fixs staff was understanding told me exactly who to call and what to say and there was a car from a different rental company there in a few minutes. The repair was totally satisfactory, they completed it exactly when they said they would, and they detailed the interior. I would definitely go there again for similar needs.
