Called to schedule an estimate and was told "your car is too old, we dont have data to do an estimate". First of all, your name is "All Car", so thats a lie, apparently. Secondly, why does the year of a car not allow you to look at scratches in NON-original paint and decide now much it would be to either buff them out or touch up? Thats bad business.

Hertz Putnam Burlingame provided excellent service. I arrived 3 hours ahead of scheduled reservation. They immediately worked to get the car requested on an expedited schedule. We were on our way in less than 30 minutes. The drop off in Carson City was handled in a quick and courtious manner as well. Hats off to the Hertz Local Edition folks.

I brought my car in for fender repair, it were able to fix it beautifully for a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner. Im impressed with their honesty, intergrity and craftsmanship, and they are certified Green business to boot!!! thanks Rod and all for a great job!!! Joan

Rod and his staff are courteous, efficient and customer service oriented. And the work they did on my smashed Camry was outstanding. If I have to do any more work( hopefully not) on my car, I would take it to All Care in a heartbeat again.
