Im not big on writing reviews, but in this case my experience was so great that I felt it necessary. This is a family run business (second generation as far as I know). I started out like most people calling around to different body shops and collecting quotes. It was different when I called Cupertino body shop. I spoke with a woman named Lori who made me feel important and could tell by the manner of questions that the estimate was fair and honest. After dropping off the car, I was offered a rental car and a woman named Nancy even helped me make service decisions based on what she believed my insurance company would cover and what $ value would trigger an increase to my insurance rates. A man named Russel did the body work, which was perfect and even fixed a few paint imperfections (at no charge) which was completely unrelated to my claim and/or estimate. When I picked the car up, I learned that all three of these people are siblings and have been in the business for all of their adult lives. My whole experience made me feel part of their family and exceeded my expectations in every sense. I truly recommend Cupertino Body Shop and wish I could find a shop like this for all of my automotive needs.

So someone hit and run my car while I was in it. I am ok though. Lucky me but my car wasnt. Anyways, my state farm agent gave me this body shop address. The place is on Winchester Blvd towards Los Gatos at Hacienda Ave intersection. If you look around you may be able to spot it from Winchester. The body shop looks pretty old and so does the office. But dont judge the book by its cover. These people know their trade. The are very helpful and polite. The main boss over their will tell you everything that they will do to your car. The are generous towards their customers and take care of the rental car bill if they need more time to repair the car. Very nice people. I will add more reviews after I get my car back.

Ive brought my car into Cupertino Body Shop on a couple of different occasions. When I brought it in for a door replacement after a T-Bone accident, they told me it would take a week. When the time came to pick it up, the car was not ready. To compensate for my car being in the shop for an extended amount of time, they did some bumper work as well. I was very happy and surprised when I picked it up, the door and bumper looked great with a perfect match on the paint! Thank you for taking care of your customers.

I have been to this place 2 times with my Jeep. The first time I paid cash, and the second time I had insurance cover the expense. And both times were as equally as good. These people are wonderful. The car has great shine to it and the best part of all is that it was very reasonable in price. I would imagine it would cost about three times as much at another shop.
