As a woman, this is the first auto shop that I felt at ease and comfortable in. Being that I do not know much about cars - I went in with a guard, but left there feeling I made a great decision to take my car there. The customer service is second to none!!! They went out of their way to deal directly with the insurance company and rental car shop. When I picked up my car, it was like brand new! - I was going away for the weekend and they did everything possible to have my car ready for me prior to my trip. I will never go anywhere else but Emerald City. I recommend this company to ANYONE who needs work done on their car!

My car looks amazing and the customer service provided by Emerald City is the best I have ever experienced. I brought my car and I was under time constraint they went out of their way to get me a rental right there and then. I used other companies before and had to bring my car several times in order to repair loose parts and windows getting jammed. They make the process easy as they take care of your rental car needs, so your not wasting more time handling it yourself. Their prices are reasonable, and their service is unbeatable.
